We've just expanded our in-house Large Format Printing department with the addition of a high-quality 63" solvent wide format printer and a 5'x10' UV flatbed printer.

Material & Ink Information

Digital UV inks are used in our large format digital flatbed press. These inks are designed to adhere to a wide variety of flexible and rigid substrates as well as to be used indoors and outdoors. Accelerated weather tests have shown UV inks to be outdoor durable for the equivalent of approximately 24 months in a temperate climate. Ultimate durability will be determined by the substrate and/or use of the product.

Ultra Board (3/16" or 1/2")
- Ultra Board is a lightweight structural panel consisting of a rigid polystyrene foam core faced on both sides by a smooth, moisture resistant sheet of solid polystyrene. The foam and facers are permanently bonded together.

Coroplast (4mm)
- Coroplast is a high-quality polypropylene twin-wall profile sheet. Coroplast is ideal for indoor and outdoor applications. It is tougher than corrugated fiberboard and lighter than extruded plastic sheet. It is waterproof, stain-resistant.

Dibond (1/8"-3mm)
- White Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) (3mm) sheet. Made of two pre-painted white Aluminum sheets of 0.12 Aluminum with a Polyethylene core.
